Happy New Year guys! I thought I'd welcome in the new year by complaining about Square Enix.

A recent Parasite Eve secret has prompted me to release some pent up feelings over the new game coming out.

I can handle fanservice from certain companies like Capcom because I expect it of them but seeing a Square Enix game with this amount of fanservice is weird and unsettling.

This is also why I don't wish for any remakes of any of their older games either. It's not going to be the original team redoing whatever game people want a remake of, fandom. But I won't go into remake talk again since I've realised I STILL have more to moan about concerning a certain potential remake... or more what the fans want in this rema- OKAY STOPPING NOW

Not familiar with the series, thought the game looked interesting (annoying ripped costume aside) but augh that is annoying. Seeing the main character age in games like MGS and AC is all part of the story and character development, and it's stupid S-E sacrifices everything in the name of OMG TEH PRETTEH. It's shallow and superficial and I really wish they'd change their attitude.

Got to laugh at those costume screenshots. 'DEFFENCE', Squeenix? oic.

I don't know why the costume names are in English but yeah I probably wouldn't be so annoyed at the costumes if they weren't UGLY AS FUCK. Get some real fashion designers in there or something SE your costume design sucks geez

I was going to recommend some games but I couldn't think of anything... huh. Well I have been playing Dissidia lately and that's fun enough but the dialogue is so bad, SO BAD.
