Went out to Belleplain for kareoke tonight and had a BLAST.
The DJ was absolutely adorable, and he kept staring...so that was interesting. I sung a song, then my friend Mike's girlfriend went up to put her song in and the DJ started asking her about me. Of course they started embarrasing me and kept going back and forth between he and I like I don't know how to talk.
But...got his number, and we're going on a double date. He kept talking to me all night and he's SO sweet. I think this is going to end up being a good thing for me. :)
At the end of the night when he knew I was about to leave he played ERIC CLAPTON and we danced and talked. It was amazing/wonderful/exactly what the doctor ordered. It was...comfortable. I didn't feel shy at all. We looked into each others eyes and swayed to the music, and it was the perfect ending to a fantastic night.
I can't wait to go out for dinner and a movie with him, Mike, and Alison. We're going to have a blast. Granted, I'll be the youngest of the group by 5 years, but...AHHH. Cannot wait. We all seem to get along INSANELY well so far.
