Real estate investigation

Looking at the different states and lots. Going to summarize investigations.

Washington state.

Opportunity for cabins and tiny homes in far flung locations. The tip of the olympic peninsual (Forks, WA) or at the base of the rainier mountain (Ashford, WA).

Prices range from $10k in Forks, WA to $30k in ashford, WA. Every other location required a house build, and usually with a permit and often times a HOA.

Oregon State

Prices for "good locations" (The east side of the state) seem to start at around 15k and great locations are in the 20k-30k neighborhood (Close to a cool small town and some big retailers, close enough to portland). All seemed to require a house build and permit, though I wasn't really looking for "no restrictions" (For say an RV).

Further investigations in this direction would be where tiny homes are permitted and RVs. Unknown at this moment.

Next state for investigation, California.
