The civilian world sucks. Yep, if you're seen walking up and down streets for exercise (Because, hey, nearby alternatives don't really exist), you're "upto no good" and you need your picture taken. Lol, seriously? Man, I miss the good old days of Nuke School where people could walk/run outdoors for exercise and leisure and not being incriminated for having walked up and down a particular street. Yep, civilians seem to suck. They don't trust anyone, probably what's fundamentally wrong with America. The trust people had for each other has just vanished in recent history (How recent? I don't totally know; might speculate since the great recession, but it could have started long before that.).
