Dave and I are headed to see the Dixie Chicks at the MCI center tonight. I wonder if there will be any protesters? I hope not, and if there are, I hope they are not in the way and let me get into the air-conditioned coolness that is the MCI center. I also wonder if any of the ladies will make reference to their comments about GWB because they are performing in his hometown... We shall see.
I am off from looking at children's writing today, and I have to go back for one more day tomorrow. If I have to read another paper about a cheetah, I'm going to scream. I didn't have that many on Monday, but I got all the cheetahs yesterday. And a couple pythons, hummingbirds, and unicorns.
I was reading this morning and then just got really sleepy around noon and slept for about an hour. I'm not sure if I was actually tired, sick, or just could take a nap, but I did. Now I am attempting to wake up but it's not working that well.
