I'm very angry. (Well, not "very", but angry enough to not be 'pissed off'.)
The Sunday I came back from Anime North, I discovered that my WoW account had been compromised; someone hacked into my account and purchased gold online, thus causing Blizzard to e-mail me, saying they found "exploitative activity" on my account and suspended it.
I e-mailed Blizzard immediately, letting them know that I was not responsible for what happened. They said that they would get back to me. I did everything that the FAQ on compromised accounts told me to do, but I still can't log in, as my account is still suspended. I e0-mailed Blizz Support again, and again, they told me that they would look into it. But they haven't.
All they send me is these stupid "Tell Us How We Did Today!" survey: I'll tell you exactly how you did, you morons! You did NOTHING! My account was disabled, and yet you have NO interest in helping me resolve the issue. It's getting to the point where I'm debating if, should you get off your asses and HELP me, I even want to play Warcraft anymore.
Thanks for fucking nothing.
On the plus side, i received my tickets yesterday for the Miyavi concert in a couple of weeks. That should be fun!
