obligatory happy new year: HAPPY NEW YEAR!
last night was so much fun until the last bit. there were a few meltdowns and i went insane, but that could have been the 7-8 beers talking in addition to my abnormally intense period this month. i also get very upset when i see someone i care about so much hurting. i was also so happy to be able to spend the new year with everyone who i care about. all the people i love were there (with the exception of 2 or 3) and that was all i needed.
i haven't listened to transatlanticism straight through in entirely way too long. i forgot how phenomenal it is and how much sentiment is attatched to it. i have 2 tickets to see BEN GIBBARD PLAY A SOLO ACOUSTIC SHOW in about a week. if you know me at all, you'll know that i am going to well up with tears a lot during this show and i'll need someone to squeeze my hand a lot because i feel like exploding when i think about going to this. ohhhhh mamasita!
ok, now i have to be productive today because i only have 2 days to finish lots of work. blehhhh.
