So me and Kevin are joining Twin parks gym and we are doing are trial period right now. I decided to eat a whole steak before I went. I thought for some reason all that protein would be good, I'm sure it would be afterwards. Anyway I eat a lot of food not a half hour before we go. u should deffinately eat carbs if u wanna work out andrew, otherwise youll be unenergized and you wont be able 2 create muscle tissue because you wont have any fat

haha if ur gonna load up on protein do it AFTER u work out. Working out = tearing muscle ---> protein = repairs muscle
