(no subject)
I've been really bad about updating this journal..not as though anyone really reads it though haha. But yeah, some quick things..
-I'm working at Target now (in Fair Lakes)...basically all weekend and Wednesdays, but i'm going to stop working there on wednesdays because right now I have a crappy schedule when it comes to arranging time to hang out with people/study. I'm working 3-10pm on my 18th birthday. MEH. I'm going to get that changed though...no way am I doing that.
-School is going well, although i'm not sure there is much that can be messed up within the first week heh. I'm taking the following classes:
Religion 212: Eastern Religions (very interesting prof/class...i'm taking it for a gen ed req but I think i'm really going to enjoy it
Math 110: Prob/Stat (it's math , blah. however, it's easy math.)
Astronomy 113/114: Intro to Astronomy II Lecture/Lab (same old same old as last semester)
Health 325: Human Sexuality (I can already tell i'm going to love this class, lots of very interesting topics will be covered and i'm sure i'm going to learn a lot. And the prof is awesome)
Communication 250: Intro. to Comm. Research Methods (yes, it is as boring as it sounds, but it's the main intro. course I need to take for my major )
- I dyed my hair..it's a bit reddish now which is a nice change. I would say it was a success...next step is to get it cut and styled. wheeee.
- Some upcoming things...I'll be 18 on wednesday..a legal adult. scary. Le Tigre on February 22..any takers? Motion City Soundtrack on March 3 I believe..also at the 9:30 club. And the L Word season 2 premiere screening thing in DC on February 20.
-I won an Ipod mini :D
-new cell phone! I can now actually be reached outside of internet means...IM me or something for the number.
