Halloween fic
Well, I posted "Come As You Aren't" in response to the sga_flashfic Halloween challenge. It didn't come out quite as I wanted it to...but that's partially because I didn't know quite what I wanted from it. Unlike some of my stories, where the "punchline" or the theme or point of the story is very clear to me, this was more of a vague feeling. And I wasn't really bitten by the need to write for this one, which makes this the first fic I've finished AND the first fic that I've posted at all that didn't have Rabid Plot Bunny Impetus (tm).
It still seems to be getting some comments, which, of course, is tickling me all sorts of pink. You wouldn't think pink would show through the feathers and fur, but it really does...
