For the past 48 hours, our apartment has been about 20 degrees warmer than the outside temperature.
-Put hand up to the vent. It's blowing warm air.
-Monday morning: Call the landlord about our air conditioning and hide the cat in the reptile room bathroom
-Monday evening: Come back to a warm apartment
-Tuesday morning: Still warm. Call the landlord. They blame the lack of maintenance on the weather and tell me maintenance will be here this morning or after lunch
-Tuesday evening: Come back yet again to a warm apartment. Decide that I will not move the cat's food/water/litter box into the living room again, letting her roam everywhere in the apartment, including the reptile room. Leave to process photography prints that are due tomorrow
-Tuesday night: Come back at midnight to find Tarrasque's enclosure overturned and Tarrasque with a missing tail. Close cat up in the bathroom overnight until I feel like taking her out. Turn air completely off and open all the windows
-Wednesday morning: Will gripe at landlord again
