(which reminds me that i need to go buy some spf one~trillion so my arm doesn't burn out in the sun. blahhh. at least by wearing a t-shirt/tank top i don't worry about putting sunscreen on my ribs too)

Yeah, the ribs are perfectly fine. It's the left arm and left leg that get the spf treatment
