Well with the weather turning nice, I'm getting back on track with my fitness goals!
M-F I ride my bike to school (7 km round trip)
plus: weights every day and an extra spin (15 min) on mike's road bike set up on the trainer.
and today i ran my first mile since.... high school. embarrassing I know. I was happy about the time, but I had to walk a section and got massive side cramps. Running is waaay higher impact than biking!
aaanyway back to schoolwork =S
