This week...
Well, turns out I'll only be making $40 this week instead of $100 for VBS >_<...Why? I'm leaving for Levelland to see some relatives....aaaahh that sucks. Oh well. Hmmmm...well yesterday I changed a diaper for the first time...that sucked...did it again today...sucked all the same...
I took senior pictures this afternoon...made me feel a heck of a lot older than I am. Wow...
Oh here you go...this is frightening but my friend Erik in the Netherlands sent me some pictures from his newspaper co. concerning the Columbia disaster and recovery 18 months ago. They were pretty scary. One showed two state troopers and a firefighter standing over a yellow blanket covering body parts with blood all around. Another showed Scott Horowitz and other NASA Officials and Police standing around what I'm told was a leg belonging to one of the astronauts (you couldn't see anything...just some people hovering over something in a forest area...). Two more images showed the helmet belonging to one of the crewmembers, burned and broken. Another showed a shoe from one of the crew. Two more showed a souveneir Israeli Flag, most likely taken on the flight with Israeli astronaut Ilan Ramon, and ripped and charred pieces of flight plan and manual pages. It was pretty sobering...But I've always had to look at death as a new beginning...A beginning to a life that will never end...A beginning to a life with eternal happiness...A life where those lost, naturally and tragically, come together forever...God Bless the Crew of STS-107...
