...So *hello* my comment isn't going to be as cool as ^that one^ (it's not very cool at all) Anyways. I do have questions ^^;
Akanishi Jin rested his hand lovingly against the small of Kame’s back and led him into the dim apartment. “Come in, please.”
The cold response was maddening,
huu... Isn't a loving gesture not cold? O_o
OKOK THIS WAS REALLY THICK WRITING. SO UHM, JUST TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD THE CHARACTERS PROPERLY? To put it simply: Kame... misses Jin.. annndd they broke up a year an a half ago. How come he only started losing himself seven months ago? And he gives up on Jin at the end?! (That's what the quotation implies =\)
Jin isn't taking the relationship that Kame wants seriously. And why is it that, although he's adamant/sure about not returning to JE, that he says that the break will only be for 6 months/a year?
And Yamapi hits on Kame.
It's never too late to be who you might have been. Fits Jin, who has such strong aspirations, and free will, very well, I think.
Hello hello! I really do love questions, so I'm glad you asked. :)
It's a cold response because here's Kame, just collapsing in Jin's arms, sobbing, wailing, clutching him helplessly and all he gets is a, "Come in, please." It's a tender gesture, but he's expecting more like a, "Kame, Kame! Are you alright? Shhhh shhhh, it's okay, it's okay baby..." etc. Jin is usually such a warm, caring person. So the way he just led Kame into his apartment with a "Come in" is more polite/obligatory than anything.
He only started losing himself because even though they "broke up" per se, Jin was still there, still in KAT-TUN, still in the concerts, still in the TV shows and the studios, etc. Still accessible. Maybe things weren't right, and maybe he couldn't "be" with him, but at 24HRTV Kame said, "Even though we have our fights [etc]...Akanishi is the one I go to for help, and he to me." They weren't as close but Kame never felt altogether that alone. When Jin left for L.A., he was. He had to carry on shows, singles, an album, "by himself",

Thank you! I'm working quite diligently right now, hopefully it will be out soon. And yep, definitely planning on some shameless porn in that one

Yes, I did mean angst. Ah, as much I love, love, love, love love... ...love. Fluff, angst does stay with you longer - EVIL!? (My favorite fic from all my fandoms has to be this one where both of the main characters burned to death (okay. I've made it sound really cheesy, but it wasn't DD=))
uoOoOOoOo AKAME IS ONE OF THE MOST AWESOME THING EVER. PLEASE CONTINUE WRITE IT FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN. AND IT DOESN'T ALWAYS HAVE TO BE CANON. AU?! AU?!
