I totally just realized that I haven't even managed to go through all of my photos of Enslaved from the Alcest show, and on top of that I still need to do all of the ycon pictures. I'll probably edit them over the course of the week or something.
Anyway, posting pics of Junius and Alcest before I forget, and there will probably be some concert vomit if I actually can remember what happened.
Junius
WHOOPS only one photo of Junius. I took a bunch but I didn't get adjusted to the lighting until Alcest came on and changed it all around so this is all that turned out moderately acceptable. It's still kind of a mess.
Junius were really cool dudes and I'd rec their music. I feel bad that I didn't get great photos of them because their label was the only one kind enough to actually reply to me regarding photo permission.

AAAH ALCEST MY BABBUS I have probably keyboard smashed about them before. For the uninformed, they're this really weird combo of shoegaze and black metal and it's hella pretty. Also Neige (frontman) is kind of legit crazy and thinks he came from the fairy world or... something.
There is a shitton of same-y photos because I took a lot because ALCEST. ACTUALLY IN AMERICA. HOLY CRAP.
Setup shots are always my favourite. Winterhalter drinks swill for beer. At least it's not Bud Light.

I think Zero was having setup issues so everyone gathered around to help. I only wound up bothering with this picture cause of the neat little decal on the back of Zero's guitar.

Zero has the most incredible muttonchops and unfortunately I couldn't get a good shot of them. Just trust me, they're ace.
I had to swap places with tunneloftrees and then wiggle around and brace myself against the barrier to get a clear shot of Winterhalter. Dammit, Winterhalter.

This all started with Zero, who kept bending over in front of us and showing off the fact that the tag in his undies was hanging out. Good job, Zero. this shot was totally on purpose
