Weigh in at work Today

I lost about 8 pounds from last month. And that includes my three day binge over the weekend...and all those cupcakes and chips I ate! And the beer I drank!

I have only gained .7 in muscle though. I have to work harder!

Oh, and my body fat...last month was 37.7% and now it's 34.8%!!!
I think the goal is to be between 23-35% (for women)!!! Yay me!

I can't WAIT to go to the gym tonight!
