I was watching Animal Planet last night, and they had commercials for Steve Irwin's new documentary, of swimming with deadly ocean animals. I made a mental note of the time since I have an obsession with sea aminamals (and they were showing whale sharks! booyeah!), only to wake up this morning and learn that he died from a stingray :(

thanks Steve for all your work, getting people excited about animals, promoting conservation of wildlife. Your unique presence will be missed...
