(no subject)
I feel like I'm putting off writing a paper in college. I've had like 3 weeks to learn 4 songs for band practice tomorrow, and I didn't start looking at them until last night. and I don't think I've listened to one of the songs in its entirety yet.
whoops.
doesn't help that at this point I get frustrated with myself when trying to learn the parts by ear. I get all, "I'm not doing it quick enough and I still have all this other stuff to get through," which makes me even more unproductive. and the whole, "sure Mark, let's finish watching Harry Potter tonight!" didn't help either. I mean, I skipped boxing tonight so I could have more time to look at the songs, and well, that didn't really happen.
oh well, 1.5 done, 2.5 left
