The Good, the Bad, and the Who Fic

Bad thing: waking up at the crack of dawn coughing and sneezing and utterly unable to get back to sleep.

Good thing: Using the not-sleeping time to write nearly 1,000 words of the Sweet Charity story, which I desperately need to get finished soon so I can move on to the finish-a-thon (and also because it's clearly going to need a ton of editing

There's not enough K-9 POV in DW.

I did end up going with the K-9 POV for that one brief scene. It seemed like the fun thing to do. :)

Well, in this case, it's because I was writing at a surprisingly fast clip. Until I completely ran out of steam, that is, and the sleep-deprivation finally caught up to me. Still, I managed about 2,000 words, and if I can do that much more tomorrow, I might be in reasonably good shape. Or at least not quite facing imminent Death by Fic. :)
