Weekend in Review
Once again, it seems that the weekend went by way too fast. It also felt again like it was 'GO GO GO'. I'm ready to have a relaxing weekend. Maybe next week. This weekend, on Saturday, April 1, we had a gettogether for dad's retirement. The man isn't even 49 yet and he's put in 30 years. I'm happy for him. We also found out that due to the meds he's taking, he's got liver scarring, and so now his doc is telling him he can't drink at all anymore. (Not that he did much... but still)
We had a combined birthday party for the boys on Sunday. Trip turned 2 back in January and Conner turns 1 in about 3 weeks, but we thought it was time for them to get a party. People from both sides of the family and some friends turned out to see the house and have some cake. I think the boys had a lot of fun. I know Conner did when he ate his little cake. It was hilarious watching him eat it. Suffice it to say, a bath was in order afterwards...
Got my office all clean and about 85% organized. It's ready for the use that I intended... Watching movies, playing video games, and being my sanctuary... lol
