It's a hard one, especially when one is living on a limited budget. Have you had tests to see where your nutrient levels are?

There hasn't been a single issue for the last week, of the London MX free paper equivalent that hasn't had little Danny's figure splashed across it's pages...

He's trying to turn into an Elijah Wood clone. And i think Elijah should come and kick his ass.

A boy and his horse... really.

A boy and his large number of MUTILATED horses, no less.

Maybe they decided to have him get his kit off in order to distract animal rights activists from egging the venue for glorifying equestrian sexual violence ....

well,it sounds like you have a few options!! maybe reassess your diet, and see if there are ways of tweaking ur vegetarian diet to ensure maximum vitamin intake for your needs?? it may be as easy as eating more lentils or summink as easy as that. perhaps see a dietician?

otherwise, and i am speaking from experience here, you COULD get back on the meat-eating bandwagon. i was vego for 6 years, still ate fish tho, and had no problems eating flesh after that long. the main reason i switched back was cause i missed eating salamis etc, as gross as that sounds :P some meat still weirds me out, and i dont eat much really.

what i try to do is be a CONSCIENTIOUS meat eater, and only eat free-range/organic stuff. TRY is the keyword here. but its a start!

good luck with it all, i take zinc tablets cause I came down with shingles last year after taking antimalarials, my immune system is still a bit screwed...

My fair cousin was veg for ten years, then called her mother to say "I've just had a roast chicken, and I feel great!". The aversion can be overcome. So no crisis there.

I'd feel free to eat meat, just not much. A life without bacon is a life not lived, but there's no need to go murdering piggies every morning. I hear they're very entelegent.

I'm going to be stopping over in London on my way from Berlin to NY, do you think it's worth extending my stopover for a couple of days? I hear it's a grey, horrid, overpriced place but it does have a Polly in it.

That freekin rocks!!!! What date window is this likely to fall within? At the moment, crash space is suspect 'cos i actually share my room with some stranger, but with enough warning i could probably pull a string or two..

Around the 15th of june. I'm currently arriving and leaving on the 15th, for like, an hour, but I can move one of the flights or both and get a couple of days. 15th is a Friday, you usually work weekends, yes? Maybe a couple of days before?

To tell the truth, it's never a good idea to make plans around my work schedule.. It's very chop-and-changey at the best of times. But nonetheless i'm sure a vague relative can die around the time you arrive a i shall bereave away.

:P
