I have been reading "the Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" and I love it. the first time I went through it I just did not look into the possibility that the author had more than just a humorous book in mind. This time I am quite enjoying the intricate meanings of what happens and what he implies in the books. Now I think that I have a better idea about what he was trying to do when he wrote them. I don't think that I understand every thing about the books but I do get the idea that every thing he wrote was a reflection of what he thought of life the universe and every thing. It is refreshing to see that some one has a positive humorous and interesting view about things that is similar to mine.
I am now watching a special on TV about another book I read just a while ago. I find more and more that what is written is much more powerful than any thing that you hear (radio) or see (Movies and TV). I don't know why but for some reason it seems that people think about focus on and remember books far more than the alternatives... I wrote this part because I want to hear what you think about this and if you do agree I also want to know why you think it is true.
