I'm supposed to be sleeping right now but as I was lying awake thinking back to Cap2, as you do, I was struck by a thought... did the movie reveal the identity of the Clairvoyant? I've been thinking for a while that the Clairvoyant is not actually that, but simply very well informed, possibly someone high up in SHIELD with access to *all* the classified information. Or, alternatively, an AI... Jarvis' evil twin.
Now, with what the movie revealed about the algorithm or whatever they were talking about (I can't remember the exact scene) that knows everything about everybody to the point that they can predict actions like the Machine on POI... this seems more than likely. That's what I'm putting my money on.
