Remember Why We Get Flu Vaccines.
I'm overwhelmed with sadness everytime I think of my little brother's former roommate...even though he was a quite a jerk when they were roommies and I didn't really know him much. He passed away the day after Christmas. Mom said he was in the hospital with the flu and then pneumonia. It probably hits close to home for me because he and sobehunter were good friends in high school.
Hope everyone remembered to get their flu shots this year. I've been on Kyle for a few months now to get his, but he still hasn't. He really doesn't like shots and nearly passes out every time he gets one. So this weekend I'll have to drag him to get one if he doesn't do it himself before then.
