Cookie Sheets.

An observation made last night while I was making chocolate chip cookies: the air bake cookie sheet that I have cooks much better and more evenly than a regular cookie sheet does. The cookies that cooked in the same position, at the same temperature and for the same amount of time burned, while the cookies on the air bake sheet turned out perfectly (though a little flatter and spread out). So I've decided to add an air bake sheet to our registry (we get a discount off stuff on our registry & have gift cards from the wedding to use) and toss my old regular ones.

Btw, does anyone know how the silicone sheets work in comparison to the regular metal and / or the air bake sheets?

Oh yeah...and the 3-piece, stackable Wilton cooling rack worked awesome! (but I couldn't find a picture of it)
