The first indoor Denver BT Meetup was this afternoon. It was by far our biggest meetup so far. There were a couple dogs that "got into it" a bit, but after a little while they all seemed to settle in to just have fun. One lady left early with her 2 little BTs, they were scared of the dog that barks all the time. Cocoa, the dog that constantly barks, is a retired puppy mill dog and was rescued. She lives with 3 french bulldogs that are deaf...so she doesn't bother them any. She's not a very aggresive dog, but can be quite intimidating when she goes around and barks in everyone's ears. At one point there was a 7-dog pile up and I don't think any of the dogs knew who was growling at who. ...you can see how some dogs would be frightened a little. My Charlie didn't get into anything at all. He just walked around playing "Joe Cool". I was pretty proud of myself, 'cuz I by the end of our playtime I could name all the dogs: Buillion, Biscuit, Cocoa, (Brie had to stay home), Charlie, Butch, Bijou, Jasmine, Rocky, Bosley, Monte, Matilda, Milo, Abby, Lola, Molly, Duke....now I'm blanking out of 1 of them. All in all, it was lots of fun!

This evening we're chilling out at home. I would like to get the closet in the guest rooom reorganized, so we can put away the Christmas stuff. We'll see if that actually happens. Football is on tonight...and Kyle had an early and busy morning. *sigh* Maybe I'll get a chapter read in my Diversity text. Sir Charleston will be sleeping the rest of the evening, with a few moments of feeding when there's people food.
