First day in Osaka !
Notes :
-I was listening to Japanese, taking notes in French/English/Japanese (but mostly French), and wrote this report in English, so please be indulgent on any mistake, whether content-wise or language-wise >_< My Japanese is still intermediate so I'm pretty sure there are mistakes here and there...
Got to the dome at 4:15 pm, so I just bought another report pad (one won’t be enough for all my notes lol) without any waiting time, not even inside the booth XD Then I went to my seat ~
As a side note, the staff in Osaka always makes me laugh x) No bag check, just a guy asking if we don't have a camera lol Even inside, there aren't many staff, just a few persons indicating seats and even fewer persons announcing in megaphones we can't record anything. So that was my "Osaka checks are a joke" moment lol
At 4:52 pm, staff came to go under the stage ~
It started on time ^^
Of course, in the beginning, an image of Kyocera Dome seen from the sky was used. And I think I finally got what the video music was. It's indeed a remix of Wild at heart and Up to you, and Up to you is played when a member transforms. Also, I made two mistakes before : in the titles it’s first name + last name (so “Jun Matsumoto in photoshoot”, “Sho Sakurai in Ima kono kao ga sugoi”, etc.), and for his kime pose Ohno bends his left leg x) During Nino’s part, the postcard is from “Waku Waku-san” ~ And after each member transformation, a pentagon from the member’s color is emitted from the logo before changing members.
They appeared on screen with dorky poses again, and walked quite a bit I thought, there even was a corner and I found the hallway looked a bit like a school hallway, but that may completely be my impression lol It was mostly white and green.
They appeared before us and talked about the usual things, like how it was impressive so many people had gathered and stuff. When they did their round of "konnichiwa" on stage, Nino hold his binder up, and at some point Jun said “yoroshiku ne” while doing his kime pose x) (The one with a fist across his chest) Then Sho asked Ohno to announce the beginning of classes with a “onegaiiii itashimasu”, to which Oh-chan replied “wakariiiiimashita” x) Of course we laughed at the exchange, so Ohno thanked us, to which we laughed again, so he repeated “arigatou gozaimasu” and made us laugh even more x)
Ohno messed up a bit during the announcement, saying something closer to “simasu” rather than “shimasu” in “koukai shimasu” XD
Afterwards Ohno asked us if we were excited (Minna waku waku shimasu ka), and he talked about the dome impression being different, since people are seating at the back as well. Oh-chan then said “arigatou”, and became silent XD Members gathered a bit around him and teased Oh-chan to go on talking and not stop there in the middle hahaha
Jun asked who were first timers and who had already come before, and then it was the moment for Sho’s supposedly cool sentence about cheering us x) He started saying it normally but one could see his hesitation in his voice, like “when is Jun gonna pop up ?”. Since nothing was coming, he continued talking… And then in front of him Jun walked/ran hahaha (Imagine a little girl running in a field. That kind of running XD In which you exaggerate your arms and legs movements) Sho-chan finished with “ouen shimasu” but of course, the effect was completely ruined lol
Then they talked about noticing things around us, and this time, it had happened inside the dome, just above us ! Considering the few people seating, I guess it was between 3 and 4. Actually, around the middle of third base, above a black thing (a screen ?) hanging, bubbles fell down on the audience at some point ! ^^ People in that area noticed, but not the rest of the dome. And actually… Jun and Aiba-chan blew out the bubbles ! =D They were hidden behind a white sheet, and were on the very upper part of the dome, so I guess 8th floor. People in that area were lucky, I heard jealous comments left and right during that part x) Also, during the video of Jun and Aiba blowing bubbles, Aiba being Aiba, he messed up a bit with his liquid, and Jun reminded him of not pouring any on the audience below lol
Nino’s suya suya lesson ~
He announced his lesson theme right off the bat, without the previous guesses by the members. I was also surprised people didn’t clap when the lesson title appeared, like we did in Tokyo. He told us tonight he would be the member analyzed, and started talking about his dream : he’s in TBS (in a room where there are only screens on the wall ; forgot the name in English and can’t find a proper translation in a dictionary for the French word I have in mind…), chased by Pinko-san. Aiba’s comment : “He’s like a grandpa “! (Ojii-san poi)), and indeed, members were surprised the picture represented Pinko-san lol As for a specialist explanation of his dream, it came out that this kind of dream involving real stuff (or something like that, not sure about this part…) shows that “kansei ga surudoi”, which means Nino’s sensitivity is sharp. That comment got an “ohhh” of agreement from us. There was also a second part to the explanation, but didn’t have time to write it down ><
Then Jun intervened with a “hai !”, and explained that he wanted to study Nino’s sleeping habits ~ So Jun called the bed on stage with a “suya suya set irasshaimase”, accompanied by a hand movement in front of his face, à la L’Oréal, like he would do to flip back his hair ; though he didn’t touch his face or his hair at all. (It’s actually the same movement shown during the Arashi ni Shiyagare of tonight, at the “Shin kekkon irasshai” part) A bed appeared on stage, but there wasn’t any specific mention of it being Nino’s bed. In any case, it had white sheets and a brown blanket. Jun switched places with Nino, and made a salute to Nino lol
Nino got in the bed right away, lying down normally under the blanket and getting all comfy in it x) He was confident in the score he would get (Jun was explaining the rules at that time), because he’s the sensei after all haha As for his pajamas, it’s a white t-shirt and jeans XDD (These ones were kinda large) When Nino mentioned jeans, he got a big “ehhhh” from us, and even more so when he added that it was the jeans he’ll wear the day after HAHAHA (So lazy Nino XD) Aiba asked him something, mentioning different kind of pants, and apparently Nino had them, but I didn’t get that part. Also, Nino said he sometimes slept in a down jacket, and I think he was lying on his stomach when he was talking about that. Also, afterwards he did something with his feet, but didn’t see exactly what… Maybe something had gotten entangled with his toes ?
Anyway, the questions went on, and what Nino does before sleeping : games of course XD He plays in his bed and when he’s tired, he switches off the lights with a remote control and sleeps. Afterwards, when asked about his alarm, he told us he uses his mobile, and his ringtone is… The sound of a machine gun XDDD Nino is the kind who wakes up right away, and said that since alarms kind of all have the same sound/rhythm (jiri jiri or tada tada x)), a machine gun sound is just like any other alarm sound.
Then Jun announced previous members’ scores, and when asked how much he thought he would get, Nino answered 120 points lol Because he’s the sensei, and said he may get angry if he doesn’t pass the test. His points were shown on screen with a bar on the left progressing quickly at first, then getting slower near the end, and… Nino got 72 points HAHAHA Jun sent him off with an “itterasshai”, and during his slide, Nino was completely calm, staying in the same position (lying down, hands crossed on his chest) XD Sho’s comment about Nino’s calmness : “As expected from the teacher !” lol
The bed went farther than the green part on the floor, but that’s also because Kyocera Dome is smaller than Tokyo Dome. Nino took slippers from under the bed and went back on stage, while Sho was saying Jun should be the teacher instead of Nino since he got 100 points in Tokyo haha Also, about his calmness during the slide, Nino explained it was because he really was angry x)
Jun gave the specialist explanation, saying Nino’s pajamas not good at all) because of perspiration and stuff, just like his playing game before sleeping or having a machine gun sound as an alarm (apparently this kind of sound makes you forget dream easily). Afterwards, Nino announced the dream what you want corner, and gave the surveys results done in Tokyo. He read mails about Ohno’s fishing date, and in the first one, Ohno was swimming with fish in an aquarium lol In the second, Ohno and Nino were fishing in the sea, Nino was the one fishing lots of fish, and at some point there was a call from Sho, saying he was gonna join them x) The third mail had Jun instead of Ohno in it, and Jun was singing a song related to the sea (“umi wa…”). At some point, he told the girl “hora, omae mo utae !” (Hey, you sing too !) XD In the fourth mail, the dream took place in a game center, and the dreamer got the highest score on a game. She got a call from Ohno congratulating her with an “omedetou”, and I couldn’t grasp the end of the dream but Nino was mimicking an omedetou while making hands movements (a bit like a peek-a-boo or an opening window), whereas Jun was feigning swimming with his arms (Jun’s one may be related to the first mail).
Then Nino announced that tonight, it would be a date with Aiba ! =D And “since Aiba is stupid, it can only be this kind of date” (Nino picking again on Aiba-chan x)) : matsuri (festival) date ! ^w^ Aiba complained while walking towards the panel, not understanding how being stupid and matsuri were related lol He then put on a mask on the right side of his head, had a kind of landing net (don’t know the word for it… It’s basically round and is made of rice paper, and there’s always a fishing stand with that in matsuri) in his left hand and cotton candy (I think) in his right one.
During the 20-30 seconds we had to look at Aiba-chan to print the image in our minds, he had a bit of a chat, asking what we would like to eat (soba, chocobana(na), etc. ; all typical matsuri food), and when Nino asked him for last words, he talked about something while putting his arm up and pointing at his skin (or just his arm in general ?), said it was “yabai”, and ended with something that made the audience screaaam. I think I’ve heard “chuuten”, which is zenith and I did have the feeling he was talking about his suntan, so I guess the ending has something to do with going to x to get covered, or Aiba doing something for the girl/us not to get suntanned. He pointed towards the camera when he said the last part, and after the audience’s laughs and screams, Aiba himself couldn’t help burst into laughter x)
Then we got the usual explanation, and the lesson ended.
Sho’s charin charin lesson !
Again, when usually there are screams at the teacher’s announcement during the introduction video, there wasn’t tonight… But there were claps this time.
When Sho asked who liked money, Nino gave a big “hai” with a far away look, while Jun put both his hands in the air.
During the talk about English classes on money, Sho said at some point “hayee” (fast, quick) and members picked on him because it came a bit from nowhere lol (Apparently he had wanted to say it or something ? XD) It made Sho lost the grasp on his speech, and he had a look at his notes to continue lol He announced the okane quuuuuuiz, and there was a short Western-like music playing at the same time. Sho told us to raise our hands to answer the quiz (me : What , raising hands ? XD).
The first question : a hyakuyouba (“Stevenson screen ; louvre-sided box housing for meteorological gauges” according to my dictionary ; it was like a square thing with white blinds) against a blackboard. Jun chose A, the other members B. Jun explained his choice, talking about the precision required for the hyakuyouba and how blackboards are produced massively (I think that’s what he said). Then Ohno explained his choice, and said that a blackboard is the main thing in a classroom, so it’s mass production and may be cheap (Members and us : Eh ?, Sho : Did you change answers ? XD), but he managed to finish his explanation in favour of B and didn’t change answers x) Then Sho asked for our answers, and when people raised hands, he commented that he couldn’t count (of course Sho-chan XD) and switched to clapping hands instead. A had slightly more votes than B. Results : 360,000 yen for the hyakuyouba and 260,000 yen for the blackboard ! We were all surprised by the blackboard price Oo Ohno had even guessed 100,000 yen… Sho explained the prices, and Jun had some correct elements in his explanation. Besides, when talking about the blackboard, Sho made a “kikiki” sound, like nails scratching a blackboard (he also did the hand gestures), but don’t remember why he did that.
The second question was : A an anatomical model of the human body and B a statue of Ninomiya Kinjiro, a famous person in Japan whose statue is often found in schools. Everyone chose A, and Nino mentioned how there was only A in his school, no B. Aiba gave his explanation as well, and he was right in the end. A cost 1,000,000 yen and B 800,000 yen (again, Sho had asked for Oh-chan’s confirmation for his answer lol).
Then Sho talked about a bust of another famous person in Japan, and this one cost 1,500,000 yen. When Sho was talking, Jun was playing with the circles of his binder, while Nino was taking notes ~
Afterwards we got the clap/円 part, and when the video started Nino went to the teacher’s desk to grab his water bottle.
During the last explanation, the music played is the instrumental of Aozora Pedal, it was so nice ~
Aiba’s paku paku lesson ^w^
Aiba said the timing was nice, since one hour of classes had just passed ~
Nino mentioned how last year too he did this class, Sho added two years ago as well. Aiba presented his vegetables and the video was played. When the video ended, members were already eating LOL There were yakisoba toppings on the table : the green thing (onions ?), red ginger, and a kind of grains a bit like cereals (sorry for the vague description but I’ve never learned what it was exactly… ^^" If you had yakisoba before you probably know what I’m talking about though). Aiba complained they had been eating and didn’t watch the video, and called for their attention since he had already gathered the vegetables which were going to be used. Nino asked for corn, Sho asparagus, Jun takoyaki (Osaka’s speciality x)), and Aiba announced yakisoba ~
Aiba chose Sho as his assistant, and Sho said in a high-pitched voice “yoroshiku onegaishimasu” haha Then Aiba said he’d introduce today’s members, and after every one of them, Sho would yell a “yeah” lol When Aiba mentioned all the sauces which would be used, Sho was intrigued by the oyster sauce x) Then Jun picked on Aiba-chan with “Worcester sauce” (because he mispronounced it for a long time), but Aiba pronounced it correctly tonight ~
Aiba asked Sho to cut the cabbage, to which Sho replied a kind of hai which sounded like a “uesu” (don’t know the spelling but Sho says that regularly). He cut the cabbage in big chunks, which made us laugh XD (The middle-aged women beside me were commenting the whole time, how clumsy Sho’s cabbage cutting was, or how Aiba should have tasted his yakisoba at least once before serving it and stuff, considering how approximate his seasoning proportions were XD) Then when Aiba poured oil on the iron plate, Nino commented “One second !” lol Aiba added some pork pieces, mentioning “one second” as a measure, and then added onions. Nino said that in our dream tonight, vegetables are bound to appear, because everything was nicely related : matsuri date with Aiba, Aiba cooking, yakisoba (typical food found in matsuri)… Indeed, I think there are great chances it will all come together. Then when Aiba poured salt, he counted four seconds, and members teased him because there was too much (we had laughed at the amount as well). Aiba was like “No no, I poured that much because it didn’t come out much !”, whereas Nino was more “To us quite a lot came out…” lol Afterwards Aiba poured five seconds of pepper (the kind you have to rotate so that it comes out, so he counted after each rotation), and Sho’s comment to Aiba “It smells nice. Or is that you ?” HAHAHA Jun was wondering who really was the teacher and who was the assistant XD
Then Aiba poured one second of a transparent liquid, and he poured too much, some of it didn’t end up on the iron plate but on the table lol Afterwards he asked Sho to put the soba pack for thirty seconds in the microwave, and Sho made a countdown for the last five seconds x) He took the pack out without saying anything about it being hot, though when he poured it on the plate he said “acchi !” (hot) ; not sure if he was doing it for comedy or if it was real though. Aiba generously poured five seconds of Worcester sauce (comments about it being too much in the audience x)), then one second of something else (almost nothing came out, it was a quick one second compared to the normal five seconds before XD), and Sho poured something as well, going “iiiiiiichi” (oooooone) lol
Nino came to help serving the plates, and called “blue-kun” and “murasaki-kun”. Then Sho said “yellow” while handing to Nino his plate, and Jun complained to the sensei that there was no vegetable in his plate, even though it was the lesson’s main feature HAHAHA So he went back and Aiba gave him some cabbage. Besides, for a while, they had been saying regularly how nice it smelled.
They added the regular toppings on their yakisoba and ate, saying it tasted good. Sho added mayonnaise and a brown thing which contained some round stuff, and considering the public reaction, it definitely was a weird mix lol Then Aiba brought the main dish, cabbage and potatoes, and Sho and Oh-chan grabbed cabbage. Sho ate it first, the crunching sound resonating well in the dome, then Ohno ate it but faster, so the sound was different. Their way of eating was cute and funny x) Since they got kya and kawaii screams from us and Aiba mentioned they looked like rabbits, Sho and Ohno took another piece of cabbage and ate it funnily again, Sho being particularly cute and funny x)
Afterwards we got the video, and they continued eating a bit before going under stage. Sho left first, followed by Nino, Ohno and Jun. The farmer’s field, which size was three Tokyo Domes, was changed to four Kyocera Domes. Also, Aiba was fanning himself after he had got back to his teacher’s desk.
Finally we got Aiba’s last explanation.
Jun’s tic tac lesson ~
Still no claps at the teacher video, but claps at the title. Funny, how the audience changes from town to town.
An hour and twenty minutes had passed, which was fast !
Jun explained things about bells, but we didn’t get the video on the Oomori high school and the bell (the one from Oomori) rang pretty quickly I thought, definitely less than thirty seconds afterwards. When Jun was opening the bell’s glass door, Sho mentioned how the attention needed to handle the bell was something and made us laugh. Then the bell rang, and staff brought bicycles on stage (me : Nooo I wanted to see them running T_T) while Jun announced the running corner x) Aiba had a blank expression (he was shown the longest on screen), and other members didn’t particularly make a grimace either, though they weren’t happy for sure. However they lighted up a bit at the bicycle part lol
Afterwards they had to decide who would be the lucky member who doesn’t have to try his best, and Sho mentioned jankenpon but since this time it was on bicycle (so less tiring), they all put their hands at the same time in the box Jun was holding. Aiba grabbed a hand at first though XD Aiba ended up being the one who picked the golden ball, and Nino commented how rare it was for Aiba to win something.
They got down the stage, Sho running first, and on the starting line the order was : Aiba (Sho had wanted to take this place but Aiba showed him second place instead ; since Aiba wasn’t going to compete, I assume he thought it’d be better for him to be on the side), Sho, Ohno, Nino. Nino asked Jun how many laps they should do in one minute, and Jun told him if they tried hard, two should be possible.
Again, Jun gave a false signal to members, who of course cursed him lol Sho cycled around the green thing before the front gate to go back to the starting line x) Then the race started, and at first the order was Sho, Nino and Ohno, but Nino bypassed Sho pretty quickly. In the meantime, Aiba went as close as he could to the stands, he even went in-between the camera and the wall, so it was nice to see him all smiling and as close as possible ! =D Only one third of first base got to see him that close, I was lucky ~
In the end, Aiba had run half the dome, and Nino was close behind him (so around one and a third), followed by Sho and way behind, Oh-chan lol When they really stopped (after the official time) they were all near Aiba. When Jun asked about his impression, Aiba : “I circled a bit around the dome, smiling” haha Then there was a zoom on Sho standing next to his bicycle and holding one handle, while in the background Ohmiya did something (there were just a few screams but I didn’t see what happened). Sho commented that the work his thighs had done wasn’t a joke, and Nino tapped a bit his own legs. Afterwards they all went back on stage through the same alley, and Ohmiya were the last ones ; Oh-chan tripped on the stairs (and was a bit helped by Nino ? Didn’t see the whole thing ._.), I guess he was too tired.
Then Jun talked about his letter. Actually it was the friend who had kept all the letters who had called him recently, and made him remember its existence. Jun called Nino, saying it would be embarrassing for him to read it out loud and asking if Nino could read it for him (I liked it better when it was Nino messing with Jun while asking to read it ._.). Nino answered “shouga nee na” (I guess it can’t be helped) with a big smug smile on his face, to which Sho replied “sawayaka na !” (kind of like “what a fresh smile” ; though I don’t like this translation). Then Nino read the letter, and Jun answered cutely to his 20 year old self questions, though he didn’t really laugh at the clothes part like he had managed to in Tokyo.
When it was over, Sho asked Jun if the letters were supposed to be read before the whole group who had written letters, or if it was just a personal letter to read by oneself. It was the latter, and Jun mentioned how he had done a time capsule at 10, so did it again at 20 and how at 30, recently these letters had come in the conversation thus Jun asked if he could get back his own. Jun also mentioned how he hadn’t imagined he would read it here one day, since they weren’t doing domes at that time, and something like Waku Waku wouldn’t have crossed his mind either (like, if we’re talking about Kyocera Dome as a venue, the natural thing that comes to mind is a concert, since it’s the only thing they had been doing).
Then it was time for our homework part ~ A girl in first base, aisle 7, row 13 was chosen, and her seat was so close to mine ! Just one aisle different and I was a few rows behind. Staff came to equip her, and she was crying. Also, since she was wearing a green uniform, Jun guessed she was an Aiba fan, and asked her if she had made it herself, though she couldn’t answer yet because she didn’t have a mic.
Her name was Mizuho, 13 (we were all surprised to hear that because she looked at least 15-16), from Miyake prefecture. (She was still pretty shocked while answering) Her ichiban was… Nino XDDDD Of course that unexpected answer made everyone crack up, and she was embarrassed and still in shock so couldn’t answer questions/explain herself, but she had bought the uniform and members said that yeah you might not find all colors or something like that lol Then she read her letter, and sobbed all along, the poor girl. Jun was widely smiling at first ; he wasn’t going to laugh, but in the beginning her sobs kind of had a comic vibe to them, the way it unexpectedly cut her reading. The audience reacted the same way as Jun : it wasn’t about mocking her, but there was something that made us smile.
In the future, Mizuho wanted to have an animals related job, to help save lives (she said that afterwards, when answering one of Jun’s questions, and we clapped to cheer her). After she had read her letter, the screen, usually split in two (Jun on the left and the reader on the right), had Jun then Nino on it ~ Jun talked a bit with her, and at the end, Aiba asked again who was her ichiban, and of course she answered Nino again x) Nino : She won’t change members like that !
Lastly, for the video letter we got Oh-chan ^o^
Nino : If it’s in ten years, then you’ll be 68 ! LOL But no, Oh-chan replied that he would only be 42 x)
Ohno’s letter : Doumo, Ohno-kun. Now you’re watching me… And you’re crying, right ? (laughs from us) I’m waiting for these tears. (Then he looked a bit up on his right, in the distance) Mada ? (Not yet ?) (In the background, members were making gestures, and Sho was doing a circle at that time) Even in ten years, I don’t think I’ll change, but my hobbies will probably. I think I’ll still be fishing. And then, about your appearance… You put a bit on weight, right ? (laughs x)) As for your job, are you still doing it “iya iya” (reluctantly, unwillingly) ? (Again, he looked up in the distance, like in the direction of the school portraits which were shown in the background, on the left) As long as you’re having fun, that’s the only thing that really matters. (Sho waving his binder in the background and Aiba and Nino waving and stuff) Also, sleep in a bed (laughs). Jun : Yume ? (What about your dream ?) Ohno : Sekai no Ohno ni natte kudasai (Become the world’s Ohno). Bye ! (Oh-chan just raised his left hand, palm up)
Sho’s comment : You’re actually aiming for the world !
Jun : Which world ?
Then Ohno talked about how he had gone abroad recently, and how it had influenced him.
Lastly, Jun asked if he was currently doing his job “reluctantly” hahaha But Oh-chan denied, he said he had just used the wrong word to express himself during the video letter.
Finally, we got Jun’s last lesson explanation.
Oh-chan's lesson ~
He asked us if we were having fun, the title lesson appeared and he announced directly that it would be about "nakama" (friends). When asked about what came to their mind if they heard friends, Nino replied sports, Olympics, Jun tomodach (he said it without the i), Aiba members and Sho said "Tsumari... Arashi !" (In short... Arashi !). Sho said it with hands up and fingers moving, so Oh-chan did the same lol Then Oh-chan asked why they became friends, and Nino answered because they met.
During the VS Arashi video, I found it funny that when walking, it was mostly Nino's right arm that moved, while for Aiba it was his left arm ~
During the personality trait video, for Sho-chan, he made a really surprised face at the tank top in 5x10, and in the video, there's a sign with "sode ari" (with sleeves) when showing every member in turn. Sho repeated that twice at members’ turns.
When Aiba's video started, Aiba commented that his was really bad lol
For Jun, when the cute picture of him at 13 appeared on screen and we screamed, he mimicked that pose again, with fists near his chin and a distant looking gaze towards his right. Of course, more screams x)
At the end of the video, Sho started commenting that the end gives you warm feelings, and wanted to talk about the trait personality definition afterwards, but members all talked together so he didn't finish his sentence. I was surprised that Sho didn't show us his black tank top tonight... It was one of the best fanservices of Waku Waku, so it's a pity for Osaka fans >< Maybe he didn't find the right timing to do it ? Guess I'll see what happens tomorrow !
Then Nino asked for Ohno's personality trait, and Sho said that his impression of him ever since Juniors days is... "Arigatou! Hana hojiru !" XD (Thank you, picking nose!, the same way Ohno thanks every personality trait in the video) Ohno replied that he does it naturally, just like Aiba sweats naturally, and Jun asked how his personality trait was natural. He added that he does it because it's hot. Ohno told him in the end, he still does it "naturally" though, so it works lol
Then Aiba asked if he really was an onee x) To which Nino replied that he was actually hiding his onee side lol (I think that's what he said) Then Sho mentioned how two days ago, it was Oh-chan who was in a bikini XD (The VS Arashi that aired on 2013.07.11)
Next, it was the corner in which we got to participate, and when A bloc started clapping hands along with the rhythm without Ohno doing it, he commented/kinda whined "You can do it without me, huh". Sho was in charge of A bloc, Aiba B (the bloc assignment was the same as in Tokyo), and movements for B bloc changed ! This time, they had to stomp the ground with their feet, which is much easier than the King Kong movement x) Again when Ohno announced snaps for my section, people went "Ehhhh" lol Jun did snap towards us when he was assigned D bloc, but he wasn't smiling. Then Ohno announced hitting one's thighs for E bloc, another round of "Ehh", and Oh-chan replied rhetorically "You don't want to ? Then which part would be good ??" lol
Before starting Sho warned his section not to go too strongly in the beginning, and when it began, he congratulated his section with a "ii desu ne". Also, when Nino's bloc starts, there's always an "Ohh" reaction from the audience. They sang A.RA.SHI, and I have a feeling the lights were different from Tokyo. Got it twice in my eyes as well, and yet I had been around that section in Tokyo too.
When it ended, Aiba commented that his bloc did the choreography properly at the end of the chorus, since their arms were free ~
Oh-chan finished his lesson with his last explanation, and when thanking us for our cooperation, he tripped again on his words, at the "kyou" of "gokyouryoku" x)
They all came at the front of the stage, and Sho did a bit of MC while asking each member a few words on their lesson, commenting that we all became one in Ohno's lesson. Jun talked about his letter, Nino about dreams, and Sho mentioned seasons for Aiba's one.
We had Furusato, and Nino's voice was shaky only in the first syllables, but then it was fine and everyone sang well. In the chorus you really feel the live ~ At the end of the song, Sho made again a long and deep bow before us (at least five seconds). He then walked like Yoshimoto-sensei to the hanamichi. On them, they talked again about things that happened today, Sho mentioned Atarashi Arashi (after Nino talked about dreaming of Aiba-chan), and when they arrived at the back of the dome, they also thanked fathers and mothers who had come. Sho picked on Ohno for his lesson title "Waku Waku ?", Ohno : "Wai wai !", and before going down the hanamichi, they even rose on some pedestals (only two stairs, but still) set up on the hanamichi ^w^
Then they left by a white door on the right of the black thing they usually got under, and Sho and Ohno were the last ones. Sho pushed Oh-chan to stay, so he made another far looking gaze followed by a "bye", left hand palm up, just like he had in his video letter. Of course he made us laugh, and inside Sho was waiting for him and put his arm around him or made a "you messed up" gesture ? It's hard to tell, because it was only shadows on a thick square glass ^^"
During the painting flag video, at some point a member (I would say Aiba x)) lied down on the flag for a long time while the others were still working lol Then there was Sho's comment, and afterwards Aiba (?) lied down again XD
After the flag was completed, it was replaced by a CG image of the flag rotating on itself, just like the beginning, and the flag on center stage rotated and reappeared where it had been in the beginning.
It ended at 7:30 pm, so quickly T_T Ambiance-wise (public reaction), what they did, what was changed/omitted and stuff, Tokyo was better hands down ! Well there's still tomorrow, so we’ll see I guess ? Though I'm pretty sure my opinion won't change…
