This is my very first attempt at making icons, and I know they're pretty basic and crappy, but on the off-chance anyone wants to use any of them, feel free. I'm hoping I'll get better with practice!

Idea came from miabicicletta's awesome fic Arms Full of Miracles (Every Blue Shade of Green), which I adored

These all fit so well don't they, its a shame that Laura's are taken in canon because they suit her so well, Hera, especially I think. Nice job.

They do work pretty brilliantly, for the most part. And yeah, it's a shame both of the ones I wanted to use for Laura are canon names because they suit her better than either of the characters who actually have them!

Lovely job, I totally agree with the above.

I alway's thought it was strange that they came up with Athena for Sharon Agathon. In tos Athena was Adama's daughter, so I associate it with that as well.

I never watched the original series, so I didn't know that!

Sharon Agathon is totally Demeter, rather than Athena. Presides over the santity of marriage? Controls the cycle of life and death? Goes apeshit because her daughter is stolen from her? Which could make Hera Persephone, I guess, but then that would make her Zarek's consort and that's just a bit too creepy.

I'm a big enough Xena geek now that I can admit that seeing Hestia anywhere makes me giggle. Gotta love those Hestian virgins (though I don't imagine Dee qualifies in that regard).

Thank you :) They're not great, but I didn't think they were too bad for a first attempt.

I still need to watch Xena (and about twelve other shows. Really must update my LoveFilm list)
