I have like a lot of questions to what the heck is happening to me. Ive been trying astral projection for about 3 weeks now. Steady i might add sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. I mean I read my butt off on the internet and brought books and cd's ect. Ive just learned about 3 months ago what my sleep paralysis was, and y i was having it. Anywho, ive learned a lot and I have a technique that i think might work. Its the Monroe lift out technique. Anywho here is my problems.
1. I trained myself to put my body to sleep and my mind is wide awake. Took me about 2 weeks to get this right, the problem is iam not AP. Which brings me to another problem, because iam not AP whenever I lay-down or fall asleep where ever I am my body goes to sleep but I automatically go into mind mood and I am conscious all night just about. I have vibrations about every 1hr 39 mins i think but cant lift out. During the day when I am awake I still vibrate about every other 2 hours or so and when I do I see things like floating Silhouettes. WTF did I do something wrong here? This is not what I want to achieve here. Because I made this routine for me its like my mind and body are doing it for me. And I cant stop it, at least if Iam going to be awake in my body all night at least let me astral project.
2. Ok so I got 1 more thing that I think is a problem. When i use the lift out method by Monroe, the pull is enormous to either pull or lift out my astral self I can feel it. But I cant lift out, but what is happening is my physic body yes my physic body is being levitated about a half of foot. What is going on here ok? What have i done to myself? Is this part of AP? I havent read this NOWHERE. I left so much out of this help call for the sake of time but I am willing to talk to anyone who knows or can make sense of this. This is why i joined this group, i am almost desperate. I want to astral travel yes I do but my goodness is this part of it? Can other people who AP have the power to come to my bedroom and lift me out of my body if i wanted that? help help help.
