So, okay, I am sick of hearing about the octuplets' mom. Okay, so, she appears to have a doctor who was using her a test subject for various new IVF techniques, and she exhibited poor judgment, and her family doesn't have a lot of money, and she has many kids now and she may receive assistance from the state...and I don't care.
I mean, if a doctor is behaving improperly and not adhering to the ethical precepts and standard of care for his specialty, then that's obviously a problem and it should be addressed. But what's done is done. What's my share of what this will cost the taxpayers of Cali? A dollar, maybe? I'm okay with that. I really don't care.
And while I might have not made the same choices as OctoMom, I think that deciding what other people should do with their bodies is a bad idea and we should avoid it whenever possible.
