Stefan and I have been working on his possessed cell phone problem lately, and we're 99 percent sure we've identified the demon. I took a quick jaunt to Arashmaharr this morning to get other opinions and see what info I could find out about it... it being the demon, Echo, which is neither male nor female. It manifests itself as whomever would best serve to manipulate the person it's haunting. Stefan said the phone rang again today, and he didn't pick it up. I think this is really bothering him; the other calls he got took their toll on him.
While I was in Arashmaharr I picked up a book on banishing spells; I'd hoped to find what I needed at the Magic Box, but Anya hasn't been around for weeks. I'm worried about her. I hope someone hasn't murdered her and stuffed her into a dumpster somewhere. It seems to me that death would be the only thing that'd prevent her from opening her shop. Anyway, I have the book and I'm sure Taffy has some things that she'll bring along as well, since she's all with the white magic. She certainly came through for us during that trip to the past last summer.
I have extra waitstaff here tonight so I won't have to wait on tables or tend bar, and I have a table in the very back reserved for the three of us. We're going to figure out the best way to get rid of Echo and follow through with it. There's nothing like teamwork for getting things done!
