That is very advanced for three weeks. Mine were all lazy and didn't hold their heads up until they were nearly four months.

My favourite bit is when they find their hands - that is a hoot. Honestly, you get hours of entertainment watching them go "Hmm, drool or poop? Droo... OMG, WHAT'S THAT! Oh, it's a hand. OMG, I CAN MOVE IT!!!" and then they get distracted and forget about it, and five minutes later they're amazed all over again.
