Merlin: An Exile In Albion (Merlin/Arthur)
So, this what happens when I go poking around my hard drive to see what unfinished stories I have lying around. *g* Note that I haven't actually caught up on Season 2, so this is all branching off Season 1 space.
This story is part of the Beltane Cycle -- each of the stories stands on its own, but they're all in the same universe, in order:
Beltane, Coming of Age, That Shall Achieve The Sword, and this one! There are two more to come (the last one's written, actually, but it has to wait until I've gotten the one in between done, mutter).

Arthur/Merlin, adult
Arthur in Ealdor was like a tame lion at the dinner table: you weren't necessarily worried you were going to get torn to pieces, but it was still dangerous, decidedly out of place, and made the neighbors nervous.
