OMG, I am so happy! I have gotten a real embarrassment of riches this year.
To my wonderful writers: I'm kind of delirious since I was up until 4am and have been fixing quicksearch via iphone on the train home, so, uh, if any of the comments I have left you or below are completely incoherent, that is why! *g* I ♥ you all so so much -- thank you for the fabulous gifts, both my main story and all the incredibly generous treats.

Somehow, everyone got the idea that Cook was in charge of Archie at the American Idol 2011 New York Christmas Eve Non-Denominational Holiday Extravaganza, proceeds to benefit St. Jude's.
eee! I got david-squared! And the opening is PURE GOLD:
"Absolutely no alcohol on screen," said the network executives...
"No women," said Jeff, via cell phone...
"No drugs!" said Archie's agent.
and it is all fluffy unicorns and rainbows from there. ♥
Then, I have so totally wanted Ivan/Byerly slash for ages, and I got TWO:
Mum's the word, Vorkosigan series, Ivan/Byerly
"Oh -- no." Ivan put his hand over his eyes to block out the light. Hangovers were bad. Hangovers with company were much worse.
He could hear Byerly's smug smile. "Good morning, sunshine."

and also:
Escaping Gravity, Vorkosigan series, Ivan/Byerly
with a perfect side order of Miles as his totally-out-of-line conspiratorial self, and the ending is totally smashing and Ivan is one hundred percent awesome even as he is completely clueless.
Also, haha, I love how many of the comments on these are all "Poor Ivan!" It is so true. :D
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! I left in my Dracula: the Series request even though no one had actually offered it, and it totally paid off, as I got:
Assignation, Dracula: the Series/Moonlight, Alexander Lucard/Josef Kostan.
Lucard visits an old friend.
Yay yay for super-hot crossovers! The writer added a note suggesting I check out some clips of Josef (played by Jason Dohring) on Youtube to properly appreciate this pairing, and yes indeed. <3

For the splendor of it all, Dracula: the Series, Lucard/Max
Many are the ways of love, surprising are their ends.
This story perfectly got the way the show would flip Lucard's schemes around on him. ♥ And Max! all grown up and -- totally not falling for Lucard's wiles. <333
So basically, I have been spoiled ridiculously rotten and am full of glee! \o/ and the only bad is now I am going to have to come up with a completely fresh slate of requests next year. This is a difficulty I am well prepared to have to grapple with. ♥
