So sly we lost Sligh
Well, once again, this chick and sleep are not getting along. I was hoping for one of (what is becoming a trend) mine and Talia's famous insomnia parties, but alas my dear friend is not to be found online. So I am left to my own devices.
Since I have some time to kill, I may as well comment on tonight's lovely results show.
No - Sanjaya did not get kicked off. It's becoming sickening. And where, yes, Chris Sligh has lost his luster (I mean, after all, he kinda stopped being funny and charming - the reason we loved him - and has been on the wrong side of song choice/performance the past couple weeks), compared to the dear child, Chris is a god. But once again, we've lost a decent contender in favor of a deplorable teenie bopper who gets more votes for his hair (after all, it is its own contestant) than for his voice. No matter how many times Simon slams him, back he comes week after week. If he makes the top 6, I am certian there will be an uprising.
The funny thing is, I found his audition on, I think youtube today and he really wasn't that bad. I keep wondering why he sucks so much week after week because deep down, he really might have a decent voice. But *shrug* whatever. I've decided that I am officially...

I tell ya what, the day he remains and knocks out one of the superstars (i.e. Jordin, Melinda, Lakisha, Gina - when she wants to, and yes, even Blake), there will be problems.

And my deepest sympathies to Marianne - because she liked Chris Sligh. So maybe she could be Anti-Sanjay cuz now there's no Sligh. *shrug* C'mon give me a break, it's late and i'm tired and not sleeping.
