ugh
some kid makes a commercial bashing anne coulter (who I hate, btw) by having her in bed with hitler
so i point out to him, that adolf hitler was a liberal, and that i thought it would have made more sense with Stalin
so then i get this reaction
"ARE YOU A MORON!? LIBERALISM=STALIN, CONSERVATIVE=HITLER!!! I'M NOT PROUD TO HAVE STALIN ON MY SIDE, BUT YOU'RE A MORON!!!"
so my class doesn't say anything for like 10 seconds, and the guy in front of me is like, "go back to elementary school man, Hitler WAS liberal"
and then my teacher agreed
and the guy didn't appologize
oh well
i wasn't trying to make a political point, this is a class about script writing where we want our message to come off clearly
its people like him that piss me off in this world
so blindly following their heart and not their head that they take offense to anything negative associated with what they believe, and will attack the person making these claims
