First Icon batch!
+Hi everyone! I've been messing around with GIMP lately and after looking at a couple tutorials, I decided to try to make some icons ^.^ I really don't have a proper method of making icons...I mostly just mess around with textures and brushes, lol. But if anyone knows any more sites that have wonderful icon tutorials, please let me know! I really want to add text with effects on my icons but I'm not quite sure how to do that :/ Anyway, onto the content!

+I also made my weekly trip to the library two days ago! I borrowed a couple more books, which were mostly YA books, but I also borrowed a couple of X-men comics. I watched the movie X-men: First Class two weeks ago and I really liked it, so I figured I might as well get back into the X-men universe. I haven't really read any American comics before since the art style and confusing story lines put me off, but I'm willing to give it a chance now. Also I don't have any book porn today since my camera is out of batteries and the charger is at my friend's house, so until next week :-)
