[It's been a few days since Sophie was returned by the Malnosso and there's hardly any change in her condition. It's left Cheria feeling even more restless than she'd been during Sophie's kidnapping and she'd once again taken to wandering the village. Today, however, she ran into an unexpected little surprise and decided to take it home with her, before starting a public query.]
Ah, excuse me? Has anyone lost a small grey cat? I found it near the fourth Community Housing building and it looked like it hadn't eaten in days. It still seems to be fairly young- not even half a year old, I think. Uhm...
[She turns the journal so that the camera can record one of Foot's kittens, which is currently eating scraps of meat from a bowl with incredible vigor. Unbeknownst to Cheria, this poor little baby was adopted by Lucy Pevensie, who has since been sent home.]
If anyone knows to whom it belongs, could they please let me know? Thank you.
[And shortly after this, the rest of house #28 can find Cheria playing with the kitten on the kitchen floor. Now that it's been properly fed, the little cat is more than willing to let out some pent-up energy. Cheria's found a bit of string for it to 'hunt' and chase around.
Of course, today isn't all fun and games. Once the kitten's done playing and fast asleep in a bundle of fluffy towels, Cheria will go to check up on Sophie once more.]
