Oh god, having been to the Peace Park memorial, even just the mention of paper cranes is enough to make me all emotional (for a myriad of reasons other than my ability to fold them), and aldhakldfhkasdf I am having a feelings spasm all over the place. <3 I love so much about this piece - Blaine and Quinn are both so similar in their coping methods at times, and yet sometimes so different that they work perfectly, and I love how understated this entire piece is. Not to mention the perfection of your Rachel voice! :)

My origami skills are consistently horrendous and this is secretly my way of coping. I just love them, they're so beautiful and meaningful and waah ;w; Thank you so much!! Blaine and Quinn are just so bad at talking properly about feelings, so I decided that them not talking about feelings was totally logical. 'Understated' is a wonderful way of saying 'nothing ever gets resolved' lmao, thank you for that it makes me all weird and fuzzy inside. <3

And oh my god, I'm so glad you liked my Rachel voice because I was freaking out about her lines, lmao. I suppose being naturally verbose works in my favour. She's too cute! Doing her justice is hard.

WOW. This was honestly so stunning - I love how understated it is, but still manages to be full of everything alksfdjsldkf I'm not making any sense, but those two are really so similar and reading this has only cemented my beliefs <3 You are amazing, thank you.

Psht, you're welcome! Thank you :D These two are ~~deep, yo, and their friendship would be so quiet and odd and I just don't understand why more people aren't interested in it! (Even though I usually dislike people saying that about ships but w/e w/e all the friendships.) You understand, maaan. ♥

This is beautifully written and characterised, thank you for writing. The whole piece feels gentle, somehow, with just these little undercurrents of tension showing through and then Rachel's clear voice breaking the peace at the end. I love their quiet, slightly prickly/ off-balance friendship where they're sharing *something* with each other without really saying anything much at all. I like the contrast as well between Quinn not contacting Blaine during Michael week because she wouldn't know how, and Blaine reaching out through a gesture when Quinn is in hospital (only to fold inwards when he has to talk to Rachel about it).

Ah, thank you so much! I think Blaine and Quinn are both very strangely gentle characters in themselves, although I guess that's kind of a weird thing to say about them. Their voices are both very soft when I try to write them, I guess is what I mean. I love the way they ended up interacting in this piece, too, ah, thank you for using the word 'prickly' which was exactly what I was trying to get across *w* Quinn doesn't trust anyone enough to really let them in, and Blaine pretty much hands himself over to others, so they make for an interesting contrast when you stick them together.

I initially thought Rachel's section at the end was a bit jarring and I actually tried to write it from Blaine's perspective a few times, but I couldn't just leave her after writing the earlier section with her and Quinn. She cares so much! (She's so friggin' hard to write as well! Her sentences have to be picked apart until they sound Rachel-y, it's a surprising amount of work.) I'm glad you liked it. ♥

It's so difficult to find a good story- or even a strory, period- about this friendship, when they obviously could be... a good match, I think. Good to each other in their own way. So I just wanna say thank you for writing this (I love that about the english fandom: you thank each other for good stories and that's... nice, and don't happen in the spanish fandom u.u)

They could be the best of friends!! Their interactions are really interesting for me to write about, and I'm always going to be a little sad that the show hasn't explored it. :( But haha, you're welcome! Thank you for commenting! It means a lot.

I like that about fandom, too. :) People can be so lovely. It's a shame that it doesn't happen so much in the Spanish fandom though :c
