This is a pretty old writing I had. Seems to be from Febuary 7th 2003.
There have been many great wonders that have come into being during the long life of the being known as Tim. Their origins are still a mystery to most of mankind, but perhaps this small essay will help more people to understand how these colossal wonders materialized, and perhaps why they exist. But before this avenue is explored, always remember that this is only the opinion of the author. Any views that may be held by other parties about the construction or design of these wonders is not expressed and therefore this document is inherently open to single sided flaws.
It would make sense to divide our discussion of the wonders of Tim into 2 separate discussions. The first and most frequented would of course be the physical parts of his universe. The Computer, which most of the being's time is spent on, seems to be the most prominent part of this universe. Next there is the obviously important Television, who's remote is worn from use and misuse. Upon closer examination, one would discover the Music Collection and Video Collection, both of which seem to have had equal use over the years. Also, there are other notable landmarks to help with exploration though this area. The bed and the chair, which are not wonders in and of themselves, but help one to enjoy all of the wonders that exist in the area. Several miles south of this bed, there is The Car, perhaps the greatest wonder that ever came into being here. It is said that many men died during it's construction, and that the wealth of 4 separate kingdoms were depleted in order to finance this huge undertaking. Surely, a great wonder in the universe surrounding Tim, it will carry many into a new age.
Surely there are more wonders to behold in this small globe called Tim. Indeed there is, many things that lie hidden beneath the surface of his world. The Catholic Childhood of assaulted ideals, the place where humility is learned, where one learns to cope with harsher realities. Herein lies the truth behind this being's outward disposition and inward reflection, although the later is not always obvious unless questioned. There is also the Teenage Rebellion, where discipline is learned, the place in this being's mind where dreams are made and broken. It is said that in this time of his life, the being learned of the beauties of love, the hardships of rejection, and the attraction of lust. The loss of innocence is easily tracable back to this point, where ideals and values began to diminish, deteriorating time itself within this universe. This innocence would have been the 8th wonder if it had not been eroded at such an accelerated pace. Perhaps future generations will learn from the mistakes of their forefathers and preserve the things that they hold dear.
With great care, these great wonders will be around for a long time, to serve as an example for future generations and to give inspiration to the masses. Computer, Television, Music Collection, Video Collection, Car, Catholic Childhood, and Teenage Rebellion, these things are all valuable commodities to Tim, things that shape the world that he lives in. They are what has made him Tim. With a little luck, we will begin to see more wonders from his universe. There is rumors of a Diploma being worked on, but those are as yet unconfirmed. Only time will tell, and if time is any indication of future events, then there will be many more great wonders of the Tim universe.
