(no subject)
Ever since Fall Break in mid-September, my mind has been in a different place. I don't know where or why or how, but it left me. Or maybe it's my heart. Maybe my heart lost its way. I can't really tell. I know I've been extremely sleep deprived for a while, but that can't be the only thing that's making me feel this way. Who knows.
This e-mail from Panama brightened my day:O.K. We had a family meeting and we all voted for you to come and stay with us on one of your breaks! I think the break in Febraury would be best for our schedule down here. We are very serious about you coming- so start planning on your end! Thanks for your encouraging email. So often, we are just doing our thing down here and just trying to be obedient. It really excites me to know that our obedience in some way might have affected another's walk. You have such a sweet spirit Joy; you were most appropriately named! Continue to seek God's heart and His will for your life. It is a great place to be, kiddo!
I hope you will continue to keep in touch with me (us). It is so nice to hear from home. We love and miss you all. Please give everyone our love and let Lauren know that Jacob has been wearin' that Switchfoot Cd out! Tell her to pack her bags too! Anyone is welcome. Sarah said a big hello to your sisters! Hug and love on everyone while you are at it- We miss you all!
