(no subject)
Ugh, I was blowdrying my hair and now I am SO HOT. And not the good meaning.
I went to the football! It was fun, the Demons lost, but we lost less than all the other losers in first round (apparently. I haven't actually checked this for myself) which is heaps better than we normally do!!
I am off to the fiddle camp this weekend, I have had to raid my two smallest coin banks to help pay for it, since I don't get paid until the day after I am supposed to pay for the camp. Not sure how I will go, hopefully it is a fun weekend, I shall bring wine and hope that makes me some friends.
My dogs are awesome, I love them, I feel I should mention this. Archie got out of his cage the other night and got the box of cat food from it's shelf in the laundry and ate the WHOLE THING. He is a guts, and slightly barrel shaped, it makes me laugh whenever I see him.
Uni is a bit lonely without my usual school chums, I'm looking forward to next semester when I get to have friends in classes again.
Today I was working, but I took time out to watch an old episode of 'who do you think you are' on sbs online, it was Christine Anu, and it was a really good episode! Makes me want to go and work in remote queensland or northern territory though, so I guess that's something I can do once I finish my degree. Not sure how I'd go with the heat, but people say you get used to it.
