So I saw an episode of doctor who last night, which is pretty much exactly the backstory of my novel.
It was cool at first because I could see how other people imagined things, but then it started to get a bit 'yup, i did that too, and that, and oh shit, if i write this people are going to think i plageriused."
Sure, the actual content of my novel will be a bit different, but it absolutely looks as though i saw that episode, and then wrote what i think happened next...
