So my grandparents got new phones from att today. They are having trouble getting them set up. If this were a desktop, laptop, hell, even Android, I'd be able to help, but no. It's some sort of weird OS, most likely proprietary, that only lives on the samsung strive. Hardware is iffy, I don't like the lack of response from buttons, especially when attempting to turn the thing on. Software is frustrating, though kudos for including access to firmware version number and model number in the "phone information" section. Will make troubleshooting easier when I get around to it, and they're going to the att store tomorrow to demand service. I'll be at the library leeching bandwidth for khan academy videos.
