So I didnt go to choir last night, just so that I could go running. On tuesday I couldnt go running because Marc bought tickets to the Cubs game at work so we had to go to that. I wasnt about to take two days off running. No way, no how. Anyways, I'm going running again tonight and I'm pretty sure Marc is coming with me. That excites me.
The solider field 10 mile race is a week from saturday. This weekend I'm going to bust my ass and go on a couple long runs. Next week I'm going to take it easy.
I just had a sesame chicken Lean Cuisine. It was very good but very unsatisfying. I'm thinking I should go the european route and make sure that my largest meal is lunch. I try to consume around 1000 calories sometime between when I wake up and when I leave work to go home at night. I can usually manage to fit in like 500-700 because I tend to have coffee, a granola bar, some chips, and then a lunch. And then at dinner I try to keep it low. Its hard to keep track of dinner though because i usually make things that dont have calories listed on them.
anyways. Mayfest this weekend. I think it will be fun! Lets hope the weather holds.
