Good News: For the first time in weeks I'm not buried in work and am healthy!
Bad News: Life has been very weird and drama filled where I live (though I'm not directly affected). I only mention this as a significant reason(s) as to why I'm nearly two weeks behind in White Collar discussions. Though you may consider yourself spared

I agree. They've shown Neal longing to have what Peter and El have and Neal believed he would eventually have that with Kate. I also feel Neal's a serial monogamist rather than that guy who is going to pick up a different girl each night just to get laid. With his looks and charm he could certainly do it if he wanted to! So, Sara is allowing for him to move on and not be alone and have some fun. But given his reaction when he first met Kate and how his 'relationship' with Sara is proceeding (or not), it's pretty clear she's not The One. However, I could see him attempting the whole dating thing with Sara just to make absolutely sure he's right.
(And possibly an attempt to get her to eat more!)
I wish! :(
starting with Neal goading Peter into volunteering for the auction by asking if he'd need to get Elizabeth's permission first.
I thought that was dumb. I mean, Peter has gone undercover before and never had to ask El's permission. The set up was very weird.
That comment felt very OOC to me. We've never had any suggestion that Diana doesn't like Sara, and if she doesn't like her and does like Neal then why is she helping him with their relationship? Wouldn't she want Neal to be with someone else?
I didn't see it so much as helping the relationship, but 'Hey, this will really impress her if you're going to be together for the foreseeable future'. I don't think Diana really dislikes Sara, but knowing what she does of Kate and Neal's relationship with Kate, she just doesn't see the thing with Sara going anywhere.
I can also believe Diana doesn't view Sara as professional as she believes she should be. After all, Sara is an insurance investigator sleeping with a con man and former target.
Jones comments really didn't bother me. Particularly the one about the two phones since it was something a buddy of his did and men (and women) do do that, sadly.
my aunt's (by marriage ) father studied on his own, and passed the bar without going to law school. I also think new law school grads can get jobs at law firms while they're waiting to take the test. Of course the laws may be different in different states.
My firm hires new associates before they even graduate law school. And they do work on cases prior to passing the bar. But, for instance, they wouldn't be able to litigate a case in court.
And, technically, you can become a lawyer without attending law school and just study to pass the bar. However, no top law firm will hire you. My firm has a short list of colleges they recruit at. In Suits, the partner who hires the 'attorney' instructs him to spend the day at Harvard to familiarize himself with the campus, course, etc. Now, a) NO partner would risk his own career for a guy he just met and b) his firm would do a thorough background check and find out their latest hire is a phony. Not to mention, at large firms, a committee decides who is hired and fired not one guy on a whim. Grrrrr.....
Yep. saw last night's TB. LOVED the Erik/Sookie/Pam scenes. On the flip side, I was revolted by the Jason storyline. UGH.

Even with the anklet?

That really bothered me too! If they have Jason forgive Crystal, and still want a relationship with her after this I won't be watching this show anymore.
