Soul Calibur IV...
Is totally awesome. Faster, prettier, shinier, and story mode doesn't suck at all! You have treasure chests to unlock in story mode, but you have to figure out the answers to their cryptic riddles in order to get the prize. For instance, on one Floor of the Tower Of Souls (story mode), the riddle is "You are not alone." Basically, during the fight, you have to switch characters more than twice to unlock the chest. The one I am stuck on says "Unleash attacks that strike and seize" or something like that. Can't figure it out for beans.
