My words hang over as as the group as we regard each other in the hall outside of SURGE's room. It's down to just six now, almost half the number they'd started with. And somehow, through all that, the murderer has survived.
Survived...
All eyes turn to ODD soon enough, and I can almost read the thoughts going through their heads right off their faces. The murderer's still alive. And who else is, still, through two days of near-deadly voting? Maybe there WAS something in that after all.
"I think we can all agree on who's suspicious here," PELLY says, emboldened by the looks everyone is casting ODD's way.
"I think we can," MUGS says, and produces RAMA's old pistol from beneath her coat. "Hands up and don't move, ODD. Good thing I got used to picking up useful things without being noticed, eh? I kept this on hand just in case."
"Wait! But - " JILL looks back and forth between ODD and the others and bites her lip. "If we were wrong, then XY... and SURGE..."
"Are our fault," Boo says grimly. "But we couldn't sit and do nothing, that would have gotten us all killed, too."
LIRA says nothing, but I suppose her vote either way wouldn't matter now.
PELLY turns to ODD, a stony expression on her face. "Then the votes are in. Do you have anything to say for yourself?"
ODD only stands and glowers, letting the force of her steely stare do the talking. You can't kill me, it seems to say. I've survived two wars, a divorce and a drinking habit, and two nights of voting stacked against me. You can't kill me and you won't kill me because -
And that's about as far as it gets before MUGS shoots.

- Other players may use this time to speculate on the identities of the special roles.
:: REGARDING THE DEAD ::
- Dead players may not vote.
- Dead players are strongly discouraged from interacting with live players.
- Dead players may have a party to get over their recent demise.
