Contrary to popular belief, even when you are medicated it's still possible for you to have a day where you're just not feeling so...happy. I was fine until around 5 or 6 this evening. That's when I started feeling rather blue. :c( I dunno what's wrong. I just feel like crying--a whole lot. ABC.com has this really cool thing where you can watch past recent episodes of all their primetime shows. Since I only just finished Season 1 of Grey's Anatomy, I decided to watch the first two episodes of
Ugly Betty. I cried during each of them. I dunno why. I'm in just one of those moods.
By the way, though, Ugly Betty is ab-fab. I love it. It's just too bad that it comes on the same time as Survivor: Cook Islands. Good thing ABC shows full-length episodes. It's going to be my only way I can keep up with Lost once I start school again.
Speaking of school, I have one more week of freedom from 5pm to 9:20pm. Starting the 16th, it's full time at Sanford-Brown for me. I haven't decided if I'm excited yet. I have orientation this coming Saturday. Maybe that will get me more into the mood.
I'm still working on getting a new job. Nothing has come through though. I broke down and applied at Express-Scripts again, but I doubt they'll ever hire me back. It would be nice to be making that kind of money, especially since Winter is coming and that's the slow time for tattoo artists. I don't expect Mark will be making as much as he has the past couple of weeks. Here's hoping though!
My nose piercing is healing very well, except for the skin around it is dry thanks to good ol' Dial soap. The actual piercing is still kind of sore when I move the stud around, but other than that, I haven't had any problems. It's defiantely one of the best healing piercings I've had. My eyebrow took over a year to heal properly. It was only after I had that bout of Shingles and had to be on antibiotics did it stop being gross and gooey. Funny thing is, no one has really noticed my nose. It was only after I told Kate that she realized it was pierced at work. Mark, Aidan and I stopped by my Dad's Tuesday night and he didn't say anything about it. My parents would definately say something. I guess the stud isn't as noticable!
Well, I'm thinking of playing some
Animal Crossing: Wide World on my DS before I hit the hay. I really need to cheer up.
